2) Birch-sap wine, made from fresh pure sap. The taste combines mineral and wood notes.
3) Sparkling birch-sap wine, made with the traditional methode champenoise with a second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of one year, a very pleasant taste, unique mouthfeel.
4) Birch-sap syrup, the gourmet’s choice for spicing up recipes. The main target market for this product is restaurants and gourmet shops.
5) Fresh frozen birch sap in cubes for the cosmetic or beverage industries.
