We have accomplished 40 various projects – dwelling houses, houses conforming to the low-energy-consumption standards such as: label BBC, MINERGIE® and PASSIVHAUS; as well as garages and  house extensions.

We have gained experience and completed projects in following countries: Sweden, Denmark, France & Latvia.

We use only ecologically clean building materials, which inspired us to call our company “Eco Material Trade”.

We offer German and Scandinavian production technology, which ensures quality according to the DIN standards

  • In our houses employ high standards of insulation – in outside wall-panels:  min 250 mm, in roof panels:  min 250 mm.
  • We offer fast terms of production – only 1 – 2 weeks of pre-production and up to 5 days of montage on sight depending on the size of the construction
  • We also offer training of personnel in production techniques of prefabricated houses and their montage
  • All our prefabricated products are examined at several stages of production
  • We offer extremely good prices for all construction works
  • We provide free consultation to our clients during the entire production process
  • We use only new equipment and construction works can be performed in 2 shifts if needed
